This app is basically the Shortcut to Size website in an app. I cant track my workouts, I can only mark them as completed. There is no tie-in with my Bodybuiling.com account either. Ill stick with the BodySpace app.

Im a novice so Im not sure how useful my review is but I really appreciated the videos to ensure my form was on point.

Its a nice app but few things can be improved. It should allow you to enter weight for each workout in order to track the weight through each microcycle. Also there is no way to enter measurements and keep track of your progress.

Good workouts, keeps ya on track! Good to know its all done by someone who knows what their talking about!

Only 1 thing to improve will be add sets and weight done in workout, tracking is so important

I agree that this does require a tracking portion for the app but other than that its awesome.
