This app is awesome to get track of Jims Shortcut to Size. You have all the exercices, training nutrition and suplements overviews on your phone to use while you are at the gym. Really love it. Thanks for sharing this with us Jim Stoppani.
Killer workouts, awesome nutrition and supplementation without BS.
Amazing workout. Needs an update to fix the body space tie in. Crashes occasionally
Has every thing you need to set up your plan from food to lifting
Im a novice so Im not sure how useful my review is but I really appreciated the videos to ensure my form was on point.
Good workouts, keeps ya on track! Good to know its all done by someone who knows what their talking about!

Some bad moments

Doesnt load since the latest update. Thereby the app is almost useless for me.
I really like having the program as an app, but its inaccurate. The last set of each exercise in the 3rd and 4th week of each phase is supposed to be followed by a drop-set. The app says to follow every final set, every week, with a rest-pause. Thats not how Jim described the program on bb.com
Needs the following fixed: 1. The calorie calculator has the wrong calculator. The version of the program on bodybuilding.com has a different one. 2. Some exercise pictures are not in sync with the exercise. This confuses me sometimes 3. Some exercises on specific days would be different than the website version of the program for the same day Add the following: 1. Food tracking in the nutrition section similar to myfitnesspal 2. Weights/reps tracking in the exercise section similar to bodyspace
There is a lot of content on the program and how to do each exercise along with a lot of selling offers on nutrition supplements (to be expected in a free app). However it locals an EXTREMLY IMPORTANT utility, tracking weights used in each set and progression from week to week and suggesting the weight for the next week. That is what I want in an app so I dont have to keep a lot of paperwork. It could easily have this.
I love the app but my only (major) complaint is that every time I put the phone away during my workout and open it again, it goes back to the home screen. I just want it to stay on the same screen even when I sleep my phone. I visited the Apple Store and they said its in the coding of the app and should be a simple fix. Please and thanks!
Everytime I lock the phone, the app returns to the home screen and I have to navigate back to my workout. If the app would just stay on the screen where I was when locking, this app is a 5 star app!
